A gay bar with relaxed atmosphere which has seats at only couter located in Sumiyoshi. The barkeeper Takashi is suave and gentle. The bar is named from the place where Takashi was born.
Carats carry more than 40 kinds of whiskey as well as more than 10 kinds of Shochu (a Japanese spirit made from grains and vegetables), so guests who love drinking really enjoy the bar. They serve their original appetizer made by Takashi and you can order some food as well like pasta and curry.
